Aussie Broadband have invested heavily in our own carrier grade infrastructure, this means that if a fault is present we are responsible for repairing the fault. We don't need to rely on third party companies to fix faults which mean that fault resolution times are kept to a minimum.

Our core network consists of multiple geographically diverse redundant paths, so you can be confident that our service level agreement can be met or exceeded.
